The data on this website is updated monthly, with the exception of the Property Record Card PDF reports which are updated annually, corresponding with the Indiana Assessor code calendar January 1st to December 31st of each year. If you need a more current copy of the Property Record Card, you can obtain one from the Assessor's Office.
